The Live Cinema Summit at Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018, previously held as the 2016 Live Cinema Conference at King’s College London, will address the field of live cinema: film screenings augmented through live performance or immersive elements, including site-specific locations, technological intervention and digital participation.
The world-leading Live Cinema Summit will take place over two days at Doc/Fest 2018, and will include:
• Panel sessions with international filmmakers, artists and academic experts in the field of live cinema;
• Behind the scenes artist and producer talks reflecting Sheffield Doc/Fest 2018’s live Film and Alternate Realties events;
